Customer Service School Project

In late April, we had a young boy named Andrew and his mother come into our shop. Andrew was doing a research presentation and his topic was Glass. He asked if we had any small samples and or information we could supply him with to enhance his presentation and knowledge of the material. Our Shop Manager, Alan, was great with Andrew and brought him into the shop to show him around. Alan supplied him with a section of laminated glass to use in his presentation. A few weeks later in early May, we received a note and picture from the Andrew thanking us for our help.
